After the beast fell Clathanis sighed in relief and put her bow away. She was going to look for the injured half-wolf but decided against it when the flashes of light started and her image was captured along with everyone else's.
She noticed many of the people she helped fight the dragon with were leaving and she decided to follow suit. Her image being out could be good or bad; the good being her brother can find her and protect her...the bad was if someone in her village found this place and found her, after all she is a murder; even though it was self-defense.
She walked away towards a small house in the residences, where she is currently staying until she can find some more news on her brother.

Jack
Upon hearing the words of the giant lizard, everything seemed to slow to a crawl. The cat man with the halberd, the bullets from the man, the ice, they all seemed to move so slowly and yet too fast to be stopped. Each bit into the scaled flesh of the big lizard at what seemed to be an agonizing snail's pace. Jack's eyes went wide at the sight of what happened before him. His hateful rage, no, all his emotions left his mind. He felt cold and broken...
Suddenly it hit him, a spatter of blood streaked across his face and things returned to normal time. Something it Jack's mind simply snapped as his animal side took over. The lizard was of no relation to him, but his humanistic side caused him to feel compassion and his animalistic side caused him to react violently to its death.
With a snarl, Jack turned as flashes went off around him. The flashes were coming from the humans and their kin.... Those loathful humans... Suddenly one seemed to turn at Jack in order to send off a flash. But before this could happen Jack tore off in a panicked psychotic fury. He ran at the man and slashed at his face, permanently maiming his eyes. But after doing this Jack simply used the man as a stepping stone to send himself flying forwards away from the group.
With blood stained hands Jack tore through the city, a crazed look on his face. He wanted out, he wanted to go home... Home was safe, he needed to be there...
By the time he reached the forests, it was nearing dusk...
